ABSTRACT
Whenever engaging an enemy in battle from opposing fortifications, you cannot allow your soldiers to receive letters from their families or visits from their relatives for fear that what is said will not be unified and the minds of your troops will become doubtful and confused. A tactical principle states: "When letters convey questions, the mind will have things that trouble it. When relatives visit, the mind will have things to which it is attached."
