Officially the trial was designated as the "United States of America vs. Ernst von Weizaecker, et.al." Unofficially it quickly became dubbed as the "Ministries case". Count V of the indictment against Stuckart related to his activities as State Secretary in the Reich Interior Ministry. Stuckart was found guilty on Count V and three other counts and received a four-year prison sentence. It is important to note that Loesener, was testifying for the Prosecution against Stuckart.
