ABSTRACT
I didn't become a fan until the day that Elvis died in 1977, and I was totally obsessed with him for a long time. 1 I turned every holiday into an Elvis holiday: Halloween I had an Elvis pumpkin; Christmas I had a Christmas tree with all Elvis ornaments on it. I drove all my friends crazy. I had my Elvis museum in my house until 1983. Then I decided to take it on the road after I graduated from college. The first show on tour I just called The Elvis Room, but over the years, as the show grew larger, so did the title. Now I call it Joni Mabe's Traveling Panoramic Encyclopedia of Everything Elvis.
