I have dedicated my life’s work to helping educators realize their incredible potential, power, and purpose. It is my hope that after implementing Mynd Time in your classroom or another educational setting, you have found these foundational mindfulness practices to be both professionally and personally valuable. I encourage you to continue a personal daily practice, or if you have not established a daily practice, begin today. If you miss a few days, weeks or months, begin again. Be kind to yourself. We are all busy, doing the best we can. The practice of beginning again is a gentle way to bring awareness to the present moment. It does not matter how many times we forget or fall off track. Begin again.
