ABSTRACT
After, programming and identifying what the client wants it is time to analyze need assessments and explore design development solutions. Look over your client’s program and existing furnishings, equipment and fixtures (FF&E) to decide how to arrange their belongings. Think about what goes on in each area. People move through a space and travel from one room to another. They settle in places within their home to do tasks or relax and sleep in other places. As a designer, get to know your clients’ habits so you can place the FF&E where needed.
