ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The paper represents international and domestic experience in the development and implementation of landslide control systems at mining enterprises. We established that collection of data in these systems is haphazard and this fact fails to meet modern trends in mining and construction activity. The complex factor analysis revealed basic design principles of data collection systems to assess the status of sloping structures. The principles and structure of monitoring the parameters of natural and technical systems to control the quality of operation and provide safety of complex mining facilities are formulated. The development of an automated system to collect, store, and process information will allow monitoring the status indicators of man-made objects and combined natural and man-made entities in on-line mode for assessing the safety and quality of their operation, based on a justified set of criteria.
