ABSTRACT
This chapter documents the built-in output formats in the rmarkdown package in detail. These formats come in two categories: documents and presentations. The document formats include HTML documents, notebooks, PDF documents, Word documents, OpenDocument Text documents, Rich Text Format documents, Markdown documents, and package vignettes.
