ABSTRACT

My topic for this year is at the crossroads of several preoccupations that concern at once the trajectory of Lacan’s teaching, the problems posed by the era that is ours, and the theme of the clinical colleges of the Lacanian field this year: “The unconscious and the body.” The context of the era is made up of the reworkings of the family, with problems of filiation, of the modes of reproduction – in short, everything that the symbolic before science used to put into order. For this first lesson, I am going to indicate the axes of my question and thus announce the developments to come.
