ABSTRACT
A 4-year-old girl presents to the pediatric trauma center after a motor vehicle collision. She was in the front seat when her vehicle was involved in a high-speed collision. She was placed on a backboard and cervical collar, then brought to the trauma center. On arrival, a lateral cervical spine film and cervical spine CT demonstrated the following injury.
