ABSTRACT
A 10-year-old boy is brought with a complaint of a wart on the bottom of his right foot for the past 3 months. He has had pain with weight-bearing but the pain has increased in the last week. The mother tried soaking his foot in water as well as using an over-the-counter “wart” remover medication without improvement. She did notice a slight amount of drainage and thinks the bottom of his foot is a little red.
