ABSTRACT
A 17-year-old girl presents with left fifth-digit pain. She was playing softball when the ball struck her finger, causing instant pain and a visible deformity. She denies any other injuries. There are no open wounds. She is neurologically intact and has good capillary refill distally. The radiographs are displayed next.
