Project Management Approaches and New Values

Diff erent perceptions of projects lead to diff erent project management approaches. A mechanistic as well as a systemic project management approach are both represented in the project management literature. According to a mechanistic approach, project management is often reduced to management of the “magic triangle” of project scope, project schedule, and project costs. It is understood as “method toolbox”.
