ABSTRACT
Every management function listed is a representation of the industry as obtained through an annual survey and provides benchmarking data and experiences and consists of a core project(s) that Executive Medical Services Professionals (MSP) are responsible for managing in some capacity and in all work environments. MSP’s work environment/specialty may be slightly different. The goal is to improve their skills, enhance their job performance and increase their confidence in their career readiness. By acting to further their skills toward targeted training and education, it makes MSPs more fully aware of where MSPs are headed professionally and the skills that will require some attention. As humans, MSPs are more than just their jobs. MSPs can possess the greatest technical skills in the industry in which to perform their work.
