ABSTRACT

Medical Services Professionals (MSPs) have gained insight into how Executive (EMSPs) can determine their core areas of competence and those requiring further development. This will allow MSPs to measure their knowledge and proficiency and identify gaps in the areas of skills and interpersonal effectiveness and emotional intelligence when pursuing career success. Each professional’s list of transferrable skills will vary so as EMSPs it will be important for MSPs to express freely examples of their transferable skills, so MSPs remain career ready. This is a fairly new concept in the industry but one that can be quickly mastered. EMSPs with a clear picture of what success looks like to them will achieve their greatest satisfaction during moments of challenge and will accomplish more goals and build greater self-confidence.
