ABSTRACT
The previous chapter showed how the functional form for the production relationship was determined and then used the appropriate specification to determine the contribution of the inputs to the resulting output. Ordinary least squares regression provided estimates for the enterprises as a whole, with subsets of the sample investigated as special cases.
