ABSTRACT

The way in which corporate staff behaves and communicates in both the external and internal environment is highly dependent on the management and process control systems in the organization. Such a system of corporate governance defines duties and rights of all stakeholders (shareholders, management, statutory bodies, HR and customers. In case of necessary changes within the organization, based on their study, Canterino et al. (2018) identifies three recurrent manifestations of leadership which are: communicating, envisioning and enabling leadership.
