ABSTRACT
Staff development otherwise referred to as employee development, workforce development (Antczak 1999), or personnel development (Piwowar-Sulej 2016). In the broadest sense, it consists in the employee getting a more mature personality. Maturity is positively important for a human in the life spheres-private and professional, and both of these spheres intermingle and mutually condition each other (Jamka & Konarski 2009).
