ABSTRACT
Wei applied the Uncertain Linguistic Ordered Weighted Averaging (ULOWA) operator (Wei, 2009) and Liu applied the Interval-Valued Uncertain Linguistic OrderedWeightedAveraging (IULOWA) operator (Liu et al., 2016) respectively, showing the MCGDM method based on the non-deterministic linguistic data. It is noticed that the above decision method only applies to cases with known criteria evaluation values and a criteria weight value;
and it cannot solve the multi-criteria group decision problem where the criteria weight information is unknown or incomplete.
