ABSTRACT
Video monitoring has entered the digital network with the speedy development of technology (Zhang, 2013). Video monitoring systems have the advantages of small volume, easy installation, flexible configuration and lower costs resulting from the embedded technology (Zhang, 2007).When embedded technology is combinedwith network technology, the corresponding remote video monitoring can be realised (Chu, 2013).
