ABSTRACT
Research into lower confidence limits for reliability of systems containing multiple subsystems has attracted much attention for a long time. Recently, there have been significant research findingswith respect to some specific systems. However, the research into complex system reliability is generally based on samples of subsystems’ lives, but because of the complexity of their structure, it is difficult to obtain the lower confidence limit of their reliability.
