ABSTRACT

The experimental equipment of this experimentmainly by the laser source, light collector, grating spectrometer, DG645 delay and other components, as shown in Figure 1 is the experimental light path.

The experiment was carried out at room temperature and standard atmospheric pressure. The laser uses a Q-switched Nd:YAG solid-state laser. The output wavelength can be switched between 1064 nm and 532 nm. The maximum output energy is 500mJ, the laser spot diameter is 1mm, for 12 ns. The output frequency can be set manually and the maximum output frequency is 10Hz. The plasma radiation signal is

collected by fibre is used as the channel for the signal transmission, connected with the light collector and ME5000 spectrometer. The resolution of the spectrometer is 0.1 nm, the detection range is 200 nm∼900 nm, calibrated by a standard mercury argon lamp. The operating temperature of the spectrometer is −20◦C. Spectrometer connected with the ICCD camera, DG645 delay control ICCDwork, and the photodiode as a trigger signal, control DG645 delay.
