ABSTRACT
In recent years, the research and application of organic materials has been increasing day by day. Optoelectronic devices using organic materials can be used in low-cost, large-area and flexible devices, especially LCDs and OLEDs. An organic thin-film transistor with a vertical structure has high stability and high luminous efficiency in display, and it has successful achieved of the application of the flexible devices in organic display drivers (Kudo & Chiba, 2006; Cho et al., 2006; Uemura et al., 2012). The transistor has a very short conductive channel, so it will reduce the driver voltage and improve the working current effectively (Zorba & Gao, 2005).
