ABSTRACT

In order to transform human rights in a governance tool, it is crucial

to overcome two shortcomings that affect them: the indeterminacy

and vagueness of the norms from which they stem. In this sense, if

a subject (such as a State) has to answer the question ‘how should

I behave in order to respect human rights?’ the norms on human

rights cannot be helpful in the form as they are shaped.
