ABSTRACT
This total quality/six sigma tool (QFD) has great value in supply chain design. The entry describes its application and a methodology for gathering the data needed to apply the tool to justify the supply chain design. The inputs are requirements from customers and/or end‐users. The output consists of functional requirements for the supply chain.
