ABSTRACT
Skills required for design, management, and improvement of supply chains are required. Skills are sometimes confused with training. Training is essential, but practice and mentoring skills are required to build and sustain continuous improvement. Challenges occur when attempting to collect the right tools, gather data, and overcoming obstacles.
