ABSTRACT
Most of the areas in this chapter have been described as being ‘‘the most difficult’’ in liposuction surgery, yet are routinely done with gratifying results by many surgeons [1]. The challenge of treating these areas properly calls for some basic human virtues of patience, diligence, and determination. Humility is also a prerequisite, as heroic, bold measures will often cause defects.
