ABSTRACT

Blastic CD4þ CD56þ NK-cell lymphoma is another recently described entity within the group of CD56þ neoplasms with distinct clinical manifestation and phenotype of the tumor cells (1-3). Recent evidence suggests an origin from a plasmcytoid dendritic cells. The disease is also referred under following synonyms: blastoid NK-cell leukemia=lymphoma, agranular CD4þ CD56þ hematodermic neoplasm.
