ABSTRACT

Erythema nodosum has also been described in association with Hodgkin lymphoma (5). The lesions of erythema nodosum may appear several months before systemic relapse and respond to chemotherapy for Hodgkin lymphoma. Icthyosiform changes (acquired ichthyosis) also occur in association with and respond to therapy for Hodgkin lymphoma (6). Other skin disorders which may be associated with Hodgkin lymphoma and regress with therapy include acrokeratosis paraneoplastica (Basex syndrome) (7), erythema annulare centrifugum (8), granulomatous slack skin (9), prurigo nodularis (10), and follicular mucinosis (11).
