ABSTRACT
Patients undergoing minimally invasive vascular procedures are susceptible to difficulties and complications that are generally applicable to all intervention cases. While minimally invasive procedures intend to treat diseases related to the mesenteric vessels with the goals of decreased risk and quicker convalescence, they are not without risks. This chapter primarily reviews complications that are unique to mesenteric interventions, in addition to a brief mention of universal complications (Table 1).
