ABSTRACT
All invasive procedures carry the risk of complications. The most common source of complications associated with endovascular procedures is the vascular access site (1). Although certain decisions and techniques may reduce this risk, it can never be completely eliminated. This chapter will address both common and unusual access-related complications, their management, and prevention.
