ABSTRACT
The surgical intervention resembles: – vaginal culdoplastry techniques to enclose the vagina; – paravaginal suspensions for suspension to the tendinous arches of the pelvic fascias; – treatment of moderate cystocele according to Raz or Zimmern, using the four
corners technique without enclosure of the vagina, but with suspension of the vaginal tissue to the abdominal aponeurosis.
