ABSTRACT
The synthetic suburethral slings are indicated: – in case of stress-induced urinary incontinence; – if urinary incontinence has been confirmed by clinical examination, with a stress test
and/or during an urodynamic check-up; – if urinary incontinence diminishes the quality of life; – if urinary incontinence is hidden by an associated genital prolapse; – in case of a positive result for the TVT-test or ulmsten test.
