ABSTRACT
He chose to investigate the effect of pulsing light on the critical flicker fusion frequency for his graduation thesis. If the human visual system continuously functioned for too long, e.g. in such cases as too much reading, searching an unknown object for a long time, watching a long film or television program, and more recently, a computer display, etc., visual function might decline, namely, by visual fatigue.
