ABSTRACT
Motorcycles differ markedly from passenger motor vehicles in weight, acceleration capability, and visibility on the road, yet braking and lateral movement characteristics are not dissimilar to regular passenger vehicles. Variation in these latter parameters may be more related to a rider's ability rather than the size of the motorcycle.
