ABSTRACT
THE PURPOSE OF project integration management is to (1) initiate the project; (2) coordinate project activities and integrate all efforts into a project management plan; (3) integrate, analyze, and report the project results in carrying out the project management plan; (4) control changes to the baseline plan; (5) collect, integrate, and organize project information in a project information system; and (6) close the project in an orderly and disciplined fashion.
