ABSTRACT
Each topic covered in a Phase I assessment leads to the “types of activities conducted on and/or around the property.” All this information culminates with, “What hazardous wastes might have been, or are presently being, generated by a given identified activity?” The answer to this question provides one of the more important pieces to the puzzle assembled by the investigator’s speculation as to the potential for hazardous waste impact on the property.
