ABSTRACT
N ow that you have read each lesson and have completed the chapter review questions, you may test your overall knowledge of the waterworks fundamentals covered in this volume of the Handbook by completing the following review examination. For the questions you have difficulty answering or that you answer incorrectly, review the pertinent sections containing the applicable subject matter. Successful review and completion of all of the requirements specified in this edition of the handbook should prepare you for the entry-level certification examinations and should set the stage (along with completion of Handbooks 2 and 3) for subsequent successful completion of higher-level certification examinations. For those operators preparing for the higher level licensing exams (the actual entry-level class or grade depends on the state in which you seek licensure), review and completion of the requirements in Volumes 2 and 3 of the handbook (intermediate and advanced levels) is highly recommended.
