The headquarters of the company is located in Indonesia, where the project director is also located. So, the coordination, communication, and cooperation of the proposed project were difficult. Cooperation from all the departments was crucial in achieving the deadline and success of the project. Coordination of the project was carried out by the Development Division, which was positioned under the project director. The Triple C approach made the projects a success. The successful application of Triple C on the international project proved that the approach is effective and efficient. GASC, the company awarded this project, is one of several operating companies, a majority of whose shares are owned by NOCC, the national oil company of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The organizational setup has to be quite flexible and able to change in accordance with the project requirements.
