ABSTRACT
The utilization of each of the biological materials has
advantages and disadvantages. For example, the main
disadvantages of utilization of the enzymes are the short
life time of the biosensor and the decrease of activity of
the enzyme with time; the main disadvantage of utilizing
tissues in the design of the biosensors is the poor selectivity,
owing to the multitude of enzymes present in the tissue.
