ABSTRACT
Mentoring can be the difference between isolation and community. It can be the segue for inspiration and encouragement as well as constructive feedback. Administrative support is often the top reason that teachers identify for leaving or staying in the profession, or in a given school, outweighing even salary considerations for some teachers. Trust affords teammates the opportunity to shine, and even more, it creates an environment conducive to courage and creativity. Regardless of where student find a mentoring relationship, be sure each person strives to emulate the very best qualities of an educator as well as exemplify the practice of the previously listed strategies. One definition states that forgiveness is to “stop feeling angry or resentful toward for an offense, flaw, or mistake”. Holding onto anger will produce a huge crop of bitterness, which permeates every aspect of life.
