ABSTRACT

Documenting a lifetime as a public intellectual, Noam Chomsky’s works are a unique repository for contemporary analysis and activism. Further exploration is warranted for many reasons, not the least of which is the multifaceted character of Noam’s commitments. In his writings, one finds not only historical depth and analytical clarity but also a wide lens that pans across society’s many sites of contention and reveals the many connections between them and also the sometimes obscured underlying political and economic structures.
