ABSTRACT
Two examples of the use of automated invoice processing were presented at this workshop. Diane McCutcheon, Serials Record Division, and Bill Willmering, Head-Serials Records Section, both of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), described their use of automated invoice processing using a system developed in-house. Roberta Corbin, Systems Analyst at the University of California, San Diego presented a similar process using INNOVACQ.
