ABSTRACT
The conclusion is an invitation for readers to participate in furthering the dialogue on African African legal ethics. It is a dialogue in which everyone whether African or non-African is implicated. It is a dialogue of self – a dialogue in which self becomes aware of an internal need to be what it is. It is a dialogue that reminds one that what one is, is not yet. Legal ethics, whether African or non-African, summons us to attend to the void that is a part of what we are. It is a homecoming that remains as such. If it is a professional legal ethics, it is an ethics that summons all human beings to be what they are and to express what they are in the conduct of their lives.
