Plans are simply tools for leaders. It takes a skilled organization to take planning to the next level and install a strategic operating model that connects culture and execution. The Blendification System uses internal peer accountability groups called Roots Groups to spread execution throughout the company and enhance results. The execution platform is designed around the Activation Formula to ensure employees are engaged in pursuing Earned Success and remain motivated. Roots Groups are the key component to executing strategy. They are internal peer accountability groups working on different but connected components of the overall strategy to pursue and achieve the organization’s potential. The structure and use of the Roots Group are critical to begin the process of cascading strategy throughout the company. It is important because the intentionally designed Roots Groups foster a systematic connection with the Strategic Leadership Team, other Roots Groups, and multiple layers of the organization.
