ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the need to combine various forms of intelligence to ensure the strategy development and execution is optimized. In the Blendification System, to achieve the organization’s potential, the Leadership Intelligence Pyramid must be active in both strategy development and execution. The Blendification System embraces the idea that results are maximized when effective planning and agile implementation is established. The Blendification System, leveraging the Strategy Whiteboard as the visible tool, is the model that activates potential connecting culture, strategy, and execution. The development and implementation of the Blendification System using the Strategy Whiteboard ensures that leaders are not throwing building blocks down a deep, dark, unknown well hoping they are creating a strong foundation. The execution process of the Blendification System incorporates several opportunities to discuss and modify the Whiteboard, when necessary. The future strategic direction of a company will have a weak foundation without completing an objective Strategic Analysis.
