ABSTRACT
This study examines topical issues aimed at ensuring safe working conditions at enterprises of mining and smelting complex. Injury statistics on global and national level was considered. An audit of the occupational health and industrial safety management system was also conducted, and some statistical evaluation was obtained. The hypotheses put forward by the study were confirmed.
