ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the portfolio management in an oil and gas company, taking into account the peculiarities of the oil and gas sector. The existing methods of project ranking used by company GPN-Development in the process of a portfolio building and the degree of influence of expert opinion on the results of project selection are analyzed. Based on the analysis, problems arising from the selection of projects in the oil and gas company portfolio are highlighted, and methods for their partial solution are proposed.
