ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the problem of oil-contaminated soils formed on the territory of various production facilities. Describes the main sources of petroleum products in the geological environment and main negative consequences discusses the advantages and disadvantages of methods of disposal of oily waste. On the basis of the thermal method, a method of soil purification from oil products is developed. Experimental studies have been carried out, the results of which prove the effectiveness of this approach.
