ABSTRACT

The forming and functioning of outer waste piles is connected with different geomechanical processes that are dangerous to the environment and infrastructure. This circumstance requires special studies, including geoecological assessment of the conditions of forming and transformation of waste piles. Considering the big amount of coal in the waste piles, the forming of technogenic eluvium should be reviewed during the studies, because technogenic eluvium is the basis of biological reclamation. The article presents the analysis of conditions and factors that are react on forming of outer coal waste piles and the assessment of applicability of technogenic eluvim as the basis of reclamation.
