ABSTRACT

President Trump has disrupted the American political system, the western world’s alliances, international trade, domestic politics, and even his own administration, which has an unprecedented high turnover rate. He narcissistically fails to distinguish between his own personal needs, those of the country, and the office of the presidency. Trump’s combativeness is an integral part of his interpersonal relationships, typically making him the center of the news. Disruption is an early and basic part of Donald John Trump’s personality, which is traced to a developmental crisis occurring when he was 2 years old. His mother almost died after the birth of her fifth child, leading to a series of operations and subsequent ill health that led her to not being emotionally available to Donald, her fourth child. Trump’s father was a workaholic who paid little attention to his sons until they were old enough to follow him around his housing projects. Young Trump lived in the largest house in the neighborhood, walled off from others, with walls becoming a crucial issue in his life, mind, and politics. Trump craves constant adoration but will settle for any attention whatsoever, which is the primary root of his disruptive tweets.
